NeXgen evaluations are private online clinical evaluations for clients who need professional recommendations and documentation for court, probation, attorneys, employers, or other requested purposes. Each evaluation is completed by a state-licensed mental health counselor(LMHC) through a secure private online video platform, with a written report delivered within 48 hours from the comfort of home.
You begin by selecting “Request an Evaluation” and scheduling a day and time that is convenient for you, then completing the required intake forms. If applicable, you should also have court, probation, attorney, employer, or agency paperwork available. Next, you will meet privately with a state-licensed LMHC through our secure private online video platform. During the evaluation, information is gathered to prepare your written report. Within 48 hours, you will receive a professional report that may include findings, recommendations, and next steps. The report may then be submitted as requested. An alcohol and drug evaluation is a professional clinical assessment that identifies relevant concerns, documents findings, and outlines recommendations and appropriate next steps. This is not represented as the Florida DUI-program psychosocial evaluation required for reinstatement.
